In Japan, Ikebana is considered to be a separate and legitimate art form. Very sculptural, this type of flower arranging is a far cry from the western “bouquet.” Usually there are three primary lines which represent the universe, man and earth.
Please click on the Ikebana Gallery to see the different styles of Ikebana. The What is Ikebana? section offers an overview of the ancient art of Ikebana.
Services offered include arrangement/s for special occasions, office, retail and corporate settings. I also offer private and small group lessons, workshops and demonstrations.
